You will be an important cog in our support team responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the right help at the right time. The work is done in close collaboration with our specialist consultants and, of course, with the customer, where counterparts such as finance managers, financial controllers, group controllers, and group accounting managers are involved.
Your specific tasks will include:
- Receiving cases, prioritizing, and ensuring help from yourself if possible. If necessary, utilize specialist expertise from our consultants to complete cases.
- Providing ongoing feedback to customers to maintain Addedo's safe and stable support function together with colleagues.
- Coordinating direct contact with suppliers for 3rd line support when needed.

Your profile and qualifications:
- A dedicated and curious person with an outgoing disposition.
- Stress resilience and the ability to deliver high quality both under pressure and during calmer periods.
- Interest in making contact with new people and helping others who need support.
- A strong technical interest that helps you quickly understand customer needs.
- Outgoing, communicative, and customer-oriented.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- A positive, attentive team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the workgroup.
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Windows Server and Azure
- Linux
- Powershell
- Helpdesk work
Extra points if you have experience with:
- IBM Cognos Controller
- IBM Planning Analytics
- Azure Entra ID
- Azure Virtual Desktops
